PTO

We offer an attendance-based, PTO program for all employees that activates immediately the day you start working! Every employee earns PAID days off that can be scheduled and used down the road. The earning accrues for each day you show up to work for your agreed-upon hours. That’s it!

Local Routes, not OTR

Wouldn’t you love it if instead of driving OTR and being gone for days on end, you could be home with your family in YOUR BED every night?
JFW is local, we haul all over Colorado.
Almost all of our hauls are daily runs that can be performed well within your average working/driving day!

Percentage pay

What is a percentage pay system for truck drivers anyway?
Percentage pay is a ‘Pay-by-the-Load’ style of pay. Drivers make a % of the amount that each load makes! This means, the more efficiently and safely you can haul loads and perform your duties, the more money you can make for yourself and your loved ones.

JFW’s quarterly bonuses are based on safety. We take safety very seriously here and reward our safest drivers for representing us with class and accountability on the road! With no safety rule violations for the (3 month/yearly) quarter, you will receive a bonus based on what you have made for that time period.
